Our first releases are slated for November with the recent West End – and four-time Olivier Award-winning – production of Gypsy, starring Imelda Staunton, Peter Davison and Lara Pulver. The DVD and Blu-ray are out November 1. On that same date, Patti LuPone, George Hearn and Neil Patrick Harris get their hands a little dirty in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber Of Fleet Street In Concert, on Blu-ray for the first time. Then on November 4, prepare yourselves for Ms. LuPone and Kristin Chenoweth in the irreverent comic operetta Candide In Concert, also debuting on Blu-ray. There are more titles in the works. Transformers! More than meets the eye. On September 13, we’re releasing the long-awaited, oft-requested The Transformers: The Movie [30th Anniversary Edition]. The stunning 4K transfer is available on limited-edition Steelbook Blu-ray/Digital, plus Blu-ray/Digital and DVD/Digital. Both the widescreen (1.85:1) and full frame (1.33:1) versions are included, as well as Prime-worthy extras. It’s the version you’ve been waiting for!

We have a full slate of terror this month that’s sure to scare you and many of them are shipping soon! Brian De Palma’s Raising Cain, starring John Lithgow, is out 9/13 and includes a Director’s Cut of the cult film. This week, look for The Dead Room, followed by Metalstorm: The Destruction Of Jared-Syn in 3D (9/13), Sacrifice (9/20) and Lady In White (9/27) featuring three cuts of the film! Tale Of Tales – starring Salma Hayek, John C. Reilly, Vincent Cassel and Toby Jones – is out on Blu-ray this week. Based on three stories of magic and the macabre by 17th-century folklorist Giambattista Basile, the Matteo Garrone film will leave you spellbound. Rich stories, sets and costumes … the strange and twisted tales are something to be seen… and discussed!

It’s all fun and games with our Kids releases! Out now is the Halloween-ready My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic Everypony’s Favorite Frights featuring five not-too-scary episodes, plus pumpkin stencils. Also available is a second volume of the first season of Miraculous: Tales Of Ladybug And Cat Noir: Spots On with a free mini-comic inside.

Even horror icon H.P. Lovecraft was a kid once. He had parents and friends (maybe) and even occasional fun and adventure. But what if one of these adventures took him into an alternate universe where the creatures he’d eventually create actually lived? That’s the premise of Howard Lovecraft And The Frozen Kingdom, a brand-new animated feature film, out on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital on September 27. It’s dark and mysterious and loads of fun. Another new animated feature, Blinky Bill: The Movie, is heading to theaters via KidsToon on September 17 and 18, then opening in additional cities on October 7. The fun koala adventure features the voice talents of Ryan Kwanten, Toni Collette and Barry Humphries and is a must-see for kids and parents.

It’s a busy September / October for us with several films in theaters.
