Moving to Your New Home

We're looking forward to seeing you on Move-In Day -- Sunday, September 18!

A few suggestions to kick off your move:

• Check your arrival time before traveling to campus. See your MyUHDS for your assigned hall, room, roommate information, and arrival time.
• Refer to the printed Move-In Guide you received in the mail. It's full of helpful tips and is your parking pass during unloading! The Move-In Guide is also posted online in pdf format.
• Enjoy the day! There will be volunteers on-site to help you check in and move your belongings. There will also be a free lunchtime barbecue near each of the three dining centers for all new residents, families and guests. Welcome to Beaver Nation!

The talented UHDS culinary team is continually designing a wide variety of delicious menu options -- often using locally sourced, fresh foods and making sure to provide organic, vegan, vegetarian, halal and gluten-free options. You'll be able to eat at any UHDS restaurant or cafe using your Dining Dollars, and new for this year is La Calle -- a Latin-inspired late-night restaurant opening during Fall Term in McNary Dining Center.

Network and Streaming Options

With free streaming access you can cheer on the Beavers from anywhere!

As an on-campus resident you'll have several options for streaming to your computer and mobile devices. You also have access to free Wi-Fi, and web-based printing.

• Watch free on-demand movies on our own Beaver Movie Channel. Vote now for which movies you'd like to see in the lineup for next month!
• Live-stream TV and XFINITY On Demand titles with XFINITY on Campus™ -- it just takes a one-time activation of $20/year.
• Connect to free campus Wi-Fi, and a web-based printing service. Print your work at any BeaverPrint printer on campus, including those in UHDS Service Centers.
