PilatesITC: creating an active nation

PilatesITC has taken the Move More Sit Less pledge to embed a positive movement culture in its workplace and is supporting Bluearth through other fundraising initiatives. We love their creativity in devising programs that encourage people of all ages to move more, and help crate an active nation.

PilatesITC has introduced Pilates Playground, which encourages creative movement in young children through fun activities and exercises as a way of educating young people about the benefits of living healthy, active lives. The program was devised from 'Pilates for youth' by pediatric expert and Pilates instructor, Dawn-Marie Ickes.
