Mr Zephania L. Mushumbusi, is a retired Assistant Commissioner of the Tanzania Police Force.
He is a qualified Clinical Psychologist and is experienced in the provision of counseling services to HIV/AIDS clients, drug abuse/alcohol abuse clients and other clients with various psychological disorders.
