Dear Members & Colleagues
Are work and life really meant to be in opposition to one another? Is the notion of work-life balance unrealistic for professional working women today? We think so, and want to debunk the myth so you stop feeling guilty and frustrated when you feel like you can’t keep the balancing act up!
Join us for a lively discussion as our wellness experts present their unique approaches on the new way to integrate work and life, the issue of workaholics and perfectionists, how to avoid an energy crisis and what three powerful daily habits will boost your energy and performance.
Kind regards,
WLANSW Newcastle Chapter
