Students take to the stage at The Boswells School's Performing Arts
Summer School
A total of 100 students from Years 5 to 11 at The Boswells School and its feeder primary schools participated in the annual Performing Arts Summer School.
This year the theme of the week was ‘Saturday Night Fever’.
Students were able to get their disco groove on and step back in time to the 1970s with afros, flared trousers and hippy-style outfits.
In addition to the workshops and performances the cast enjoyed the West End performance of the Roald Dahl childhood classic book ‘Charlie And The Chocolate Factory’.
Assistant Headteacher Cheryl Noble said: "It was a very successful week and we were delighted to welcome back a number of ex-students who have careers in musical theatre to teach our students."
