Now that we've made it past Labor Day weekend, we can all officially try to settle into our school year/fall routines! We will continue to run our summer class schedule through October...however, as we develop our plan for fall/winter classes, please be sure to let us know if you have any scheduling requests! If we can create a class to be available to you at your ideal time, please tell one of your coaches today and we will do our best to accommodate!

Bring a Buddy Month!
September is our Bring-a-Buddy month for our CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens program...encourage your kiddos to bring a playmate to class one day for a free trial!
Ages 6-11: Tues/Thurs 3:15p-3:45p
Ages 12-16: Tues/Thurs 3:45p-4:30p
A note about our location...
We know that some of you may be wondering what the situation is with our facility - and rightfully so! Since the sale of the Plaza, there have been a few neighboring businesses that have closed and several conflicting updates in the local news about the future of the Plaza.
We want each of you to know that we are locked into this location for another year at the very least. If and when the situation changes, please know that we will keep you all in the loop!
