Guam leads visitor arrivals growth among Pacific islands in 2Q2016
 
Guam is reporting a significant year-on-year visitor arrivals growth of 16.3 percent in 2Q2016. The increase is driven by visitors from China and Korea (ROK). Hawaii, the largest Pacific island in terms of visitor arrivals volume received, reports a slower pace of year-on-year growth (+2.6%) for the quarter. Arrivals to Fiji decreased slightly during 2Q2016 compared to the same period last year.
