We had a lot of fun filled events over the summer and more events upcoming.
"They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." - Acts 2:42
7th annual OO Campout 2016, August 12-14 at Morro Bay State Park, Morro Bay, CA, had 32 campers and over 45 people joined us for pot-luck on Friday, Dinner and breakfast Saturday, and engaging campfire meetings both nights. Photos are available on our FaceBook page. Every year is a blessing to all who participate.
The "SPIRITUALLY REFRESHED" CHRISTIAN FAMILY RETREAT was held August 26-28th in Waxahachie, TX. Over 120 attended, with 40 from local treatment centers. 9 speakers,testimonies, workshops on Spiritual Growth, Gifts, and 1 minute Evangelism were presented. Children enjoyed racquetball, a zipline, waterslide, and a rock wall climb. The "UMatter" street ministry, dance and music groups also participated. 12 Baptisms were performed as many made a decision for Christ.

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for the blessing of life itself. May our trust in You cause us to walk in obedience to your statutes. We ask that you keep us ready to love, forgive and serve others. Only through Your Love, Your Grace, and Your Glory can we grow in service to You. Your Kingdom come. In Jesus name we pray.
