I love the fall. I will miss the long days of summer, but I am one of those people who loves it when the air gets crisper. Take deep breaths and enjoy that crisp clean air!

My Little Projects

I am not usually one to brag too much about myself, but I have been learning some amazing new things lately. Perhaps some of you are interested in the same things, so I will share a few resources. 

In June of this year I went on a one day trip with a company called Earth Tracks. We went hiking around the bush in Grey County, near Durham, On looking for edible and medicinal plants. It was an amazing learning experience. You may find me wandering around your neighbourhood looking at the weeds in your yard, thinking about making them into herbal tinctures for my family. Plus, if we are ever lost, I won't let you starve!

If you're not interested in hiking around yourself, you can learn more about how to work with the plant kingdom and how to make your own herbal infusions and tinctures by watching Susun Weed on Youtube. She is informative and all-in-all a funny and enthusiastic person.

I am also working on some things in the background these days. I will soon be opening up more online support to all of you. I am exploring the world of Youtube and will be posting videos with Reiki tips, acupressure points for self-care and more info on energy work and general supportive stuff. Stay tuned for more info! I will be looking for input from everyone on what kinds of topics you would like me to cover. Feel free to drop me a line. :)

Reiki Manuals

On another note, I have been busy writing my own Reiki teacher manuals. If you are a Reiki teacher, you know that it is hard to find good resources for your classes. There are some good manuals that are easy to order from the US, but the cost of getting with them to Canada with the dollar being where it is theses days is getting prohibitive. So, I will be selling my manuals to other teachers to use in their classes. The master level manual is ready to go and the level one will be done any day now. Level two is in the works. Let me know if you are interested in finding out more!

Reiki Classes
My Reiki class schedule is to your right. You may also notice I am offering a 10% discount if you sign up and pay your deposit at least 2 weeks ahead of time. As always, there is more info on my class descriptions page.

Regular Services

My hours can be a little changeable, but I aim to keep my office hours somewhere in the following range:
Tues to Thurs. 11 to 7pm (last appointment at 6pm)
Fri. 11 to 5pm. (last appointment at 4pm)

For more information regarding my services and fees, see my website here. My schedule fills up quickly, so you may wish to contact me at least 2 weeks ahead to get an appointment, especially if you want to come in after 5pm.  If you are in urgent need of pain relief, please mention this when you contact me, so I can try to fit you in as soon as possible.
