PREZ'S PIECE
Well that’s all Folks!
However the season did come to an end on a great note for the club.
Congratulations to the Year 7 Gold Team who defeated Mazenod to take out this year’s 2nd Division Premiership.
The game started fairly evenly but the boys kicked away in the second quarter and gradually wore down the opposition to record a comfortable win in the end. Fantastic effort everybody.
As all of us that have played sport will know, and which was the advice we shared with the boys after the game, Grand Finals are hard to get into and even harder to win, so make sure you enjoy the moment and make the most of the day.
Big well done to Cory Bolton also who was presented with the Game Ball for Best on Field in the Grand Final.
Thanks also to everybody who came down to Reid Oval to show their support for boys and the club. I know they appreciated the support very much.
