Welcome to the new AgClimate.net monthly digest. With autumn arriving, we are excited to share the work we've done over the summer to make AgClimate.net a useful resource for agricultural professionals and researchers in the region. Our vision is to promote active discussion, engagement and collaboration to help make agriculture in the Northwest climate friendly and climate smart, so that agriculture adapts to future change and is truly sustainable over the long term.
We encourage you to check out the recent articles. Topics include: predicting extreme weather events, a forecast for 2035 of the Columbia River’s water supply and demand using biosolids as fertilizer, and much more.
