House building is at the top of the political agenda. As many authorities become directly involved in housing delivery they consider which structures and types of vehicles will be most appropriate and successful for their area.

On Tuesday 4th October we invite you to attend the seminar to launch our support package for the housing delivery process and explore how it can assist you to achieve your housing goals.

This seminar is aimed at Senior Officers and Politicians considering more active involvement in their local housing market.

We will identify stages of the process, key issues for consideration and appropriate delivery solutions, with reference to case studies from our recent work showing different solutions currently in use around the country. It will also include guidance on the structures and types of vehicles available. Building on Local Partnerships’ extensive experience in this field, we will outline the surrounding tasks and issues, with a focus on those which will determine the real success of proposed solutions.

This will be an interactive session, focused on the practicalities, with speakers across all parts of the housing map including local government and the private sector.
