Sage Asia have commissioned CitySoft to write the Malaysian Legislation for Sage X3 .

CitySoft’s Sage X3 technical team have created a number of small product enhancements for Sage X3, including a Revenue Recognition Capability inside the core Sage X3 system.
The Rev Rec modification allows companies to track revenues and expenses against a job or project using the general ledger dimension structure.
This functionality has been proposed by Sage, to be included in PU 11.

Other product enhancements developed by CitySoft for Sage X3 include:

- Enhanced Intercompany Management
- Enhanced Bank Statement Reconciliation
- Master Workflow Multiple sign Off
Automatic Currency Exchange Download
With this add on for Sage X3, currency rates are automatically fed into Sage X3 on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, instead of the currency rates having to be entered manually.

Sage X3 Product Tips
1. Splitting and duplicating lines on Purchase Orders
How to split a purchase order line into multiple lines.
> select the line > click on the line icon > click on 'Split'

> enter as many lines as required, as long as the total quantity is equal to the line quantity.

Once finished > click OK > the new lines are inserted in the purchase order, with the same information as the original line.
This information can now be modified on each individual line.

If you want to replicate an existing purchase order line
> select this line > click on the line icon > 'Line duplication'.

The selected line is instantly duplicated.
