We just stocked the fridge with a fresh batch of our pasture raised chicken! There's a great selection of individual cuts, as well as whole birds to choose from right now.
We are also happy to announce that this year, our processor uses air-chilling to cool the birds. This eliminates the chemicals and water absorbed by the use of the typical water baths for cooling.
