Taste Carolina's Saturday Raleigh Roots Tour is now being offered at 10:00am. This tour explores the areas of Seaboard Station, Mordecai, and Oakwood, which are historic neighborhoods located at the edge of downtown Raleigh. The Raleigh Roots tour has a strong farm-to-table vibe. It includes savory tastings at multiple restaurants and food shops, beer and wine pairings, and dessert.

You'll be prompted to choose a specific tour to gift, but the recipient will easily be able to redeem for any Taste Carolina tour in any city on any date. You can choose to send gift certificates electronically, or you can order a lovely hard copy certificate to be sent in the mail.
On October 29th, Centro is hosting their 6th annual Day of the Dead 5k and Street Festival benefiting the local Boys and Girls Club. Centro has been a favorite stop on Taste Carolina's downtown Raleigh food tour for seven years now, and we absolutely love their cuisine and hospitality. Taste Carolina will be participating as a team this year. Grab some friends to show your support of Centro and the Boys and Girls Club, and come celebrate with us! 

Gin 101 at Bittersweet takes place on Sunday and Wednesday nights and is a fun and unique way to learn about gin and cocktails! Register in advance here. For more information about Bittersweet, click here.

Bull City Burger & Brewery's annual Octoberfest is Saturday, September 24th from 4pm - 11pm. This Parrish Street party features music, ballon animals, a bounce house, beer, brats, burgers and more. It's all for Habitat for Humanity of Durham and is free to attend. Stierstadt Octoberfest Lager and dancing awaits!
