Greetings <<First Name>>!

I hope all is well.  Thanks in advance for checking out this week’s ponderables.  Enjoy!

» Notable Quotables

While researching the “new” Most Interesting Man (MIM) piece, we came upon this sage advice:

“Find out what it is in life that you don’t do well, and then don’t do that thing.”

The delivery, as spoken by the original, Hemingway-esque MIM, Jonathan Goldsmith is what makes this even better.

» A “Downloadable” Ponderable

In July’s “What We’re Reading” post, we talked about George Herriman’s Krazy Kat which we are reading on the iPad Mini using the Comixology app.  This downloadable ponderable was derived from the December 7, 1919 (Yes, you read that date correctly…) strip.

Found in Krazy & Ignatz: 1919-1921 - Benevolent Brick.

Just saying… Mr. Herriman is an absolute genius — his scenarios, drawings and writing in dialect.

» Celebrating Fan Art:

We were absolutely thrilled to see the first fan art inspired by Jedemi / DragonBustRs.

Special thanks to reader Sarai.  We love it!

» A Song - Talkin’ ‘Bout Creation

The Enchanted Jukebox has provided this one, by the Stereo MCs.  The chorus includes these lyrics:

…I’m talking about creation
I'm talking about relations
I'm talking about creation
We need some combination…

That’s a wrap!  Thanks for reading.  Also, thanks for forwarding your comments, suggestions and art (Yea!).  #SCMF!

P.S. We’d appreciate it if you’d share this newsletter with anyone you think might find it amusing and inspirational.
