We had more car registrations and spectators than ever and with rave reviews on the new cruise loop, next year should be even better! We could not have done this without our CruiseFest Committee and the many amazing CAM volunteers that helped make this event possible. On Saturday, Sept. 24 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, museum guests will enjoy special activities including an opportunity to enjoy snacks and refreshments and talk with many of owners of the special motorcycles on display.

"Car Trek" Celebrating the 50th "Auto-versary" of Star Trek THIS SATURDAY! Sept. 17 from 10:00 am to 5:00pm
The Museum will be transformed into a Starship of sorts complete with a BORG station, Starfleet officers, Klingon warriors and even a Fleet Bar. Visitors will enjoy a family-fun mission adventure featuring some of the cars that have appeared in past episodes and movies. Some examples of the special vehicles on display include the following:
1975 Blue Chevy Pickup that was featured in one of the most iconic Star Trek films, Star Trek IV “The Voyage Home”
1953 Bel Air which hit Deep Space 9 Captain Benjamin Sisko in a vision he was having;
1969 Chevy Camaro, Voyager Lieutenant Tom Paris spent time working on this amazing car in a holoprogram called “Grease Monkey” which allowed Tom to tinker with 20th century cars;
From the Original Series a Volkswagen Beetle was recreated on planet Ekos.
