Mental Performance talk with Debbie Hill
Talk and information evening with Debbie Hill, Mental Performance Coach at Ahead For Life. Thursday 17 November at 7.30pm, Coalpit Heath Minors Club
Are you too scared to ride your horse? Is it your horse who frightens you, or is how you are thinking about riding making you scared?
Do you wish you could react differently when your horse misbehaves?
Do you worry about what others think in the warm up or the arena?
Do you see other competitors as better than you and wonder why you are there?
Do you always hate the same fences or venues?
Would you like to enjoy hacking out?
Debbie Hill has kindly offered to come and talk to us for free and show us some simple techniques to achieve a positive and productive riding mindset.
How to secure your space
Email svrcrallies@hotmail.co.uk, or text 07743358710, saying you'd like to attend and include details of how many in your party. You will need to pay £2 per person on the night to cover the cost of hall. Any additional money raised from entry will be donated to Wiltshire Air Ambulance.
