Verdant is searching for a new Superintendent/CEO
The Verdant Health Commission is searching for a superintendent/CEO, and all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply by Friday, September 16, 2016. To review the job profile, please visit http://waldronhr.com/searches/verdant-health-commission. Current Superintendent Carl Zapora previously announced his retirement effective at the end of 2016.

A Learn & Taste Cooking Demo: Exploring Meatless Mondays
Join our team of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists for a beginner’s look at plant-based diets and their health benefits.During the first hour of the program, you will learn what a vegetarian diet is, easy steps to reduce meat consumption, the health benefits and evidence behind those benefits, key nutrients provided and those that are not and tips to gradually incorporate vegetarian recipes into meals. During the second hour, the group will see a cooking demo that puts the new information into practice.
