Dear Ross Juniors Supporter,

Welcome back for what will hopefully be another exciting and successful season for Ross Juniors FC. How do we measure success? It does feel good when your team wins a game and even better when it sits proudly at the top of the league table. But for us the most important measurement of success is seeing our members happy. So simple yet so important. When your little (and sometimes not so little) one walks off the pitch after the training session, chatting to his or her mates, laughing, exchanging banter with their coach... That's when we know we are doing well. So please remember this when you are watching games this season - look out for the smiles on the children's faces and refrain from taking things too seriously.

On a different note, we are looking for some new members for our committee. The club has grown over the years exponentially and so has the work associated with making sure everything is running as smoothly as possible. There are many varied jobs that need doing and most don't even require any football knowledge. We are a friendly bunch and will make you feel welcome. If you would like more info or would like to volunteer please contact Jim, our chairman - jim.loftus@btinternet.com or speak to your team manager.

Many thanks for your continued support,

Your RJFC Committee

Training

The change to the John Kyrle High School astro winter training will happen in late October and your managers will inform you of the allocated training night which might be different to the current one.

For the time being, please remember to park in the top car park on training nights and during matches. The car park by the Sports Centre should be used only by managers who often carry bulky equipment and arrive early to set up the pitches.

We have hundreds of people there on some nights and at weekends and need your cooperation in order to prevent any accidents from happening.
Code of Conduct

Please read the attached code of conduct for 2016/2017 season. It should be followed by all players, parents, coaches and match officials at all times.
