September Life Together

Our life together as we follow Jesus

CALENDAR

Prayer Journal from this week,  September 18 until today

MONDAY - 9/18
From Eddie Galbreath
Please pray for Eddie, ask for freedom from the spiritual warfare that he is experiencing in Jesus' name.

TUESDAY - 9/19
Matt Johnson is flying to New Zealand tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 21. Pray for him as he takes this step of faith to serve on staff at the Queenstown NZ training base for YWAM (Youth With A Mission).  Thank you to all who have offered financial and prayer support! He still needs monthly partners and one-time gifts to sustain him for the two years. Please see his prayer letter and ask the Lord how you might come alongside this mission work.
Please pray for all those grieving the sudden loss of Tia Nustad and her two children, Tyler and Layla in a house fire on Saturday a.m. Tia's funeral will be at our church Friday at 2 p.m. in the worship center with gathering of family and friends one hour before the service, a lunch to follow.
WEDNESDAY - 9/12
From Mike Lorentz
Please pray for my brother in law, Marty Javurek. He has pneumonia in his left lung. Please pray the treatment will be successful. Thank you for your prayers.
THURSDAY - 9/22
From Theresa Andes
I ask for prayer this morning for the family of Scott Berzins, 17 years old, a Minnetonka High School student. He passed away as a result of a fatal pedestrian accident at 101 and Hwy 7 early this morning. Thank you so much!
From Diane Wood
My daughter, Holly, has asked me to submit this prayer request:
One of her former church youth group kids, Dylan (age 21), was involved in a motorcycle accident last weekend. He has been on life support measures since then. His mother, Julie, plans to take him off life support today. Pray for wisdom and peace for this family as they move forward in these decisions. He has two younger siblings, Emily and Eric. Thank you.
SATURDAY - 9/24
We ask for prayer and a special anointing on the Sunday School program this year.  We started off the year with a special appearance by Dr. Lutefisk! This Sunday we will be continuing with our Answers in Genesis curriculum. Please pray for the children – that their hearts are soft and teachable!   Please pray for the teachers and helpers - that their hearts, hands, and words are guided by the power of the Holy Spirit!
