Beaumont Blast 9/25/16

ICE CREAM SOCIAL THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 29
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM! This year's Beaumont Ice Cream Social will be held on Thursday, September 29 from 5:30-7:00. Bring the entire family for dessert and spend time catching up with old friends and new friends. There will be freezer pops for those with allergies. If you are interested in helping, click here to sign up. This is an event that does not take up much of your time so we would love to have you join us. We would also be thrilled to have a guest appearance from the Beaumont Bear. We are looking for a parent, older sibling, friend, nephew, niece, aunt, uncle - basically ANYONE who is brave enough to put on the costume and greet the kids for a short period of time. It's always great for our new students to meet the Beaumont Bear. Please contact co-chairs Courtney Dunkle and Bobbi Foster if you have any questions or if you want to be the Bear!!!
BEAUMONT BEAR CAMPAIGN
From HSA Co-Presidents Courtney O'Brien & Ann McCarthy
In our welcome back letter included in the Back To School paperwork, we mentioned the Beaumont Bear Campaign. The form for direct donations may have been left out of some backpacks! We apologize for the inconvenience and wanted to include it in the next few blasts for everyone to access. Here is some background on the Proud to be a Beaumont Bear Campaign.
Thank you!
In 2012, we implemented a Proud to Be Beaumont Bears direct donation campaign and reduced the number of small fundraisers.  Please consider making our Beaumont HSA a recipient of your charitable contribution.  Since our HSA is a non-profit entity, your donation is 100% tax deductible.
At the top of the school’s wish list this year is to purchase more iPads, playground improvements, robotics, and library furniture, all needed for the school.  These items are to enhance our children’s experience at Beaumont.
Thank you for considering a Proud to Be Beaumont Bears contribution.  We are grateful for your support.  To participate in our Proud To Be Beaumont Bears, please use the attached form (also found at www.beaumonthsa.org).
