Dear one,

Autumn has come and though our summer of transition is over, the changes we kicked off continue to bring food for fodder -- now is the time to make our transformations real and build with them. What are the gifts this new version of Vibrant Body Wellness can offer?

We're already starting to roll out the first pieces of new care plans and new service offerings -- ways to make Network Care more accessible and more congruent with the changing rhythms healthcare and healing. Ask us about how this might work for you, and keep an eye out for the opportunities and events coming soon -- like our next Grow Day in November!

And now that we're all moved in to the new space, we are throwing open our doors with an Open House on Friday the 21st. Come hear the latest VBW news first-hand, bring your friends over to meet us, and enjoy the food and fun!

Chloe is taking some much-deserved personal time away, and Xochitl has graciously stepped up to work help us with all the details of our dynamic practice. Chloe and I are both grateful for the deep support in our community!

community healing can become an every day part of their journey - with an emphasis on art making, intergenerational healing, as well as through support and affirmation of youth in their communities. In this time while they are a part of the work that happens at Vibrant Body Wellness, they hope to hold space for folks on their healing journeys and are dedicated to ensuring that this happens for folks in the most nurturing of ways possible.
