Roma and I were up in Gurgaon recently to finish up our visas, and happily our timing was just right, as Nayaswamis Jyotish and Devi were just returning to India from our Ananda Community in Italy.
Devi shared with us an inspiring story about their school, which is located in a small house, outside of Assisi and was in great need of more space. They met with the local mayor, who offered them a brand new school that was empty for lack of students. Needless to say they were overjoyed!
Ananda, which has been thriving for nearly fifty years, continues to expand and be forever grateful for: "Many Hands Make a Miracle," one of Swami's favorite sayings.
So as this year prepares to offer itself into 2017, we hope that you will continue to add your prayers and support for Ananda Bangalore's many projects to expand Master and Swami's work here.
We are concentrating our fundraising this year, on three important projects:
1) We are delighted to host Nayaswamis Jyotish and Devi here in Bangalore, November 19-20th at the beautiful School of Ancient Wisdom. We have rented the entire facility of 140 spaces. How lovely to have this retreat, with it's deep vibrations, just for our Ananda family, our relatives and friends.
2) Next, we have turned our Center's garage into "Babaji's cave!"
It's coming together wonderfully, and will allow many more people to meditate there throughout the day.
3) With Ananda's growth throughout India, we are also helping the "all India Admin team" financially. Their team is doing great work in keeping everything running smoothly, quite a task of selfless service. And lastly, we have our own overhead costs, which require some help too!
Our goal is to raise two lakh for these worthy projects, and hope that you'll
be inspired and richly "rewarded" as we join together to help Master's work grow in Ananda Bangalore.
