NEWSLETTER SEPTEMBER 2016
Dear Friends and Members of African Diaspora Network,
For the past six months we have been working intensively to develop the ADN infrastructure.
Among these efforts, we have welcomed new board members, developed a new website, identified new partners, and hosted two pre-Global Entrepreneurship Summit events. We also continued our work with youth and women in technology to provide mentorship and support to those seeking access to Silicon Valley expertise.
Most importantly, we are getting ready to host an exciting and engaging Second Annual African Diaspora Investment Symposium (ADIS 2017) this January 27-28. The symposium will bring together local and global leaders in entrepreneurship, investment, and social innovation set to transform the continent of Africa. As we continue to inform you of other activities, please visit our new website here..
We give special thanks to our board members for their support, guidance, and dedication to the mission and vision of ADN.
In the weeks to come, we will send you more information about the symposium, but in the meantime please SAVE Jan 27-28, 2017 on your calendar. Please plan to come to Silicon Valley to network and make lasting connections with change makers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
Let us know how you would like to get involved and support ADIS2017 –http://www.africandiasporanetwork.org/ADIS2017.pdf
