Join Nancy Singleton Hachisu,  the author of Japanese Farm Food and Preserving the Japanese Way,  and Mami Kitani, the President of Yamaki Jozo, an organic miso, soy and pickle company from Saitama Japan, for dinner and conversation on Saturday, October 15.

Then, join Nancy on Sunday, October 16 for a once only Masterclass at The Cooking School Noosa. A maximum of 10 lucky guests will get the pleasure of learning first hand from Nancy when she further demonstrates and explains the techniques associated with Japanese preserving. She will be presenting delicious dishes inspired by her books, to create a three course meal for the ten guests. Tickets are $270 and include a signed copy of her latest book, Preserving the Japanese Way.
