Special Interest Group (Learning Technology)
Technology can be a great enabler. At the same time, it can be overwhelming. This SIG is the space where we learn to demystify and tame technologies for application in learning context. Whether you are tech savvy or a beginner, we are confident that you will discover and learn a trick or two of learning technologies that can enhance learning and transform training effectiveness.
In this next SIG session, come experience

‘the power of micro-learning using technology’

with the chief energizer of
Gnowbe

So-Young Kang

Exciting times are here for learners as budding technologies are creating new ways of engaging learners and enhancing learning experiences. In this SIG gathering, So-Young will share with us the underlying principles of how adults learn and how we can thus drive for authentic impact and behaviour change. She will take us on an experiential learning journey on engagement, multi-way conversations and learning-by-doing with the emphasis of:
  • Bite-sizing and accessibility
  • Instantaneity of content creation
  • Sustainability through activities
  • Social learning
  • Gamification
