Dear Hamber parents and guardians,
Welcome to a new school year at Eric Hamber Secondary, especially new parents and students! I trust that everyone is getting settled in their classes, meeting new friends, and becoming reacquainted with old friends.
This upcoming Wednesday we have our first PAC meeting of the year, at 7:00pm in the staff room (see http://hamberpac.ca/pac-meetings for directions). Meetings last no more than 90 minutes, and all are welcome. The agendas are always posted on our website; this Wednesday's is posted at http://hamberpac.ca/calendar/2016/9/21/pac-meeting-20160921. You can view past minutes on our website as well. Of note on the agenda, we will be electing a new PAC executive for this school year.
Our mailing list is relatively small, so I ask all parents to ask other parents to subscribe on our website, especially new incoming parents.
On a personal note, unfortunately I will be unable to attend the PAC meeting on Wednesday, but I look forward to meeting everyone at the October meeting!
