Let’s talk tuition. When you signed up for dance classes with DanceArts Greenville we did not capture your financial info. You must complete an auto draft form in addition to the registration process. We have a LARGE number of families who are late in making their first tuition installment. Please contact the office to check on your account. September installment was considered last on the 10th. You may find the auto draft form click here and email it to office@danceartsgreenville.com , call the office 297-1635 to process a payment or go to the pay tuition tab on danceartsgreenville.com.

When your child is sick no need to call the school. We are happy to offer make up classes. Those make up classes must be scheduled with the office to avoid having too many make up students in the same class.
Please understand that DAG has classes that are full and scheduling students make up classes for each families scheduling conflicts is often difficult.
We are happy to work with families when it is something like a school concert, or school related field trip. We cannot however accommodate make up classes for things like birthday parties, play dates, football games and weekend trips etc.
Safety first we know that our drop off pick up lane is wonderful for busy families. We ask that ALL dancers no matter how old they are wait INSIDE our building. If you want to pull up and pick up your dancer without parking and they are over the age of 12 that is fine. We just ask that you wait and pull up right in front of the main entrance glass doors, where you can see your dancer waiting and they can see you to run out and hop into your car. We do not want the dancers to wait outside for their ride. We cannot keep them safe if they are outside where we cannot see them.
Keeping your dancers THINGS safe. Please remind your dancer that when they use the changing room to take ALL of their belongings with them into the studio. This keeps their items safe inside the studio with them. This also keeps the changing room neat and clear of items for other dancers who need to use the changing room.

October 13th we will be closed for fall break. All of these classes can be made up on Friday October 21st if you choose to do the make-up.
Observation week will be held October 24 – 29. Schedule your grandparent visits now so that they can come and watch your dancers shine.
Assigned Make Up Dates
Our classes are so full we need to stick to the make up classes listed in the chart and if you do not elect to come to the make-up day then, we will not schedule you other days.
