September 2016 PTSA Newsletter
Dear Issaquah High PTSA Members,

Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year!  1160 members have joined the IH PTSA thus far this year and made very generous donations to our Pass-the-Hat and Angel funds. Thank you. We are off to a very strong start.

The generosity of our membership base allows us to broaden existing programs and events and introduce new ones. Two new events this year are coming right up. IH PTSA and the IHS College and Career Center will co-sponsor the College Resource Fair on Sept 27, 2016. This event, offered for the first time at IHS, will provide parents and students valuable information about college and other post- graduation options. We will also partner with ASB for the Color Run on Friday, Oct 14, 2016.  This event, open to students, parents, and community members, extends the fun of homecoming and the spirit of IHS to the entire community.  The PTSA website provides full details for both events.

Are there other programs or events that you would like PTSA to offer?  We’d love to hear your ideas.

Thank you for your ongoing support and all the best to your students and your family for a great school year!
