Our enhanced appointments offer a truly unique experience. Our aim is to give you the best in store experience possible and by making these changes we can start to offer each and everyone of our clients a personal and relaxed service that has not been entirely possible whilst the shop is open to the public.
What are the benefits of an enhanced appointment?
· A private changing area.
· Evening appointments, with the last start time on Monday to Wednesday at 7pm (please note that to make the most of your appointment, it is advisable to book during natural daylight hours for a true colour match).
· The whole shop to yourself to browse our pre-made designs or discuss a bespoke commission.
· One-on-one customer service with no interruptions or distractions.
· Plenty of time to browse and make decisions at your leisure and with no pressure.
· Guaranteed to be with Creative Director and Milliner, Beverley (unless specified in advance).
- Our initial questionnaire answered when booking your appointment will allow us to pre-prepare for your appointment and bring in any fabrics, trimmings or ideas that may work that are not always stored in the shop.
The only minor change you need to make if you are after a hat or fascinator is to give us a call on 01252 715 039 or email and book in you next visit.
Of course, if you would rather come into browse or look at our accessories you are more than welcome to walk-in 10am-5pm Thursday to Saturday.
