@AboutLondon Laura's Newsletter

I've been busy writing the monthly round-ups (which I'll share next week) and have had a wonderful commission to write about London in 2017 so I can assure you next year is going to be another fantastic year for London!
Not a new article but definitely one that's worth reading or how else will you know who this is & where you can see him? Read on...
This is the magazine where you'll be able to see my 'London in 2017' article soon. Read on...

Due to open next year, the Mail Rail is going to be fantastic! Read on...
Did you work out where this 'guess where' photo was taken (seen in last week's newsletter)? This bust of Edward VII is on Mile End Road, not far from the turning for Rinkoff bakery where you can indulge in a Crodough (croissant/doughnut).
Do you know where this photo was taken? Location to be revealed in next week's newsletter.
Looking Ahead

I included lots of ideas for this month in an earlier newsletter.

Up to 6,000 swimmers can swim in the Serpentine this weekend for
Swim Serpentine. And there's a Sherlock Convention at ExCel 23-25 September. The London Tattoo Convention is also 23-25 September and is at Tobacco Dock.

It's a
London Transport Museum Depot Open Weekend. And it's Countryside Live this weekend too.

It's
London Fashion Week 22-25 September.

There's a
Malaysian Night Market in Trafalgar Square on Saturday.

See
sheep taken across London Bridge on Sunday. And it's the Pearly Kings and Queens Harvest Festival on Sunday at Guildhall Yard. It all starts at 1pm. There's also a military fly past over central London on Sunday.
