JOCKEY MATTERS FILMS
We're delighted with the response to the launch of our Jockey Matters series of films. Looking at diet and fitness along with healthy ways of making weight and the dangers of flipping, the first films aim to help young jockeys manage their weight and be healthier. We're working on the next in the series focusing on Mental Health & Wellbeing as well as Dealing with Injury with contributions from Sir AP McCoy, Mark Enright, Sammy Jo Bell and Harry Derham. Look out for the films on social media or search for them using #JockeyMatters
