In response to prolonged low milk prices affecting dairy operations we are offering open forums to discuss ideas to:
• Enhance cash flow
• Communicate with lenders
• Manage labor needs
• Make use of farm resources
• Ideas to increase income/reduce expenses
We will have food/drink, an informal discussion, entertain new ideas,and learn from others what might work on dairy farms.
