"I got 2nd place at the first ever Strongwoman competition in Regina back in 2013 and have been competing ever since. I got 2nd place at the first ever Canada's strongest woman in 2014, won Prairies Strongest woman 2014, Canada's strongest middleweight woman in both 2015 and 2016. I have gotten to compete internationally at the ARNOLD and Strongest woman in the world both in 2016."

I grew up as a pretty athletic kid in Regina playing hockey, basketball, and fastball mostly pretty averagely. I got into long distance running while studying Psychology at the University of Regina before falling in love with the weight room. I started powerlifting in 2013 and then began competing in Strongwoman shortly after-and I've been in love with it ever since.  I love the unique challenges of a sport that changes for every competition and I love pushing myself to see not only what I'm capable of doing but also what other women are capable of doing! It's inspiring. I've competed in over a dozen competitions, some highlights have included: Canada's Strongest Middleweight Woman in 2015 and 2016, competed at the ARNOLD and Strongest Woman in the World (both in 2016), won Prairies Strongest Woman in 2015, and earned 2nd place at the first ever Canada's Strongest Woman in 2014. I'm enjoying the ride and can't wait to see what the future will bring!
