Profile of South East Region
The estimated annual number of replacement jobs for the South East is 15,400 and expansion jobs is 4,800 according to SOLAS. Therefore three quarters of all jobs filled are not new jobs, rather they are jobs that are created by someone leaving a job e.g by retirement.
