Why did you write a thriller about illegal rhino hunting?
Because it is a sad and super current contemporary story that contains everything: the ongoing extinction of the world's second largest land mammal, illegal trade in horns turning over billions of dollars every year, the international crime syndicates, the poor against the rich, and white against black. I chose the thriller form because I wanted to reach a wide audience with this important story.
 
Who is Rob Chazey? 
He is a disillusioned and materialistic rock star from a Swedish town, now living in New York, who has achieved everything. But he is feed up with the whole rock'n'roll circus, and is looking for a reason to leave, to check out from his own life for a while. This urge takes him to a place he thought he hated, and what he experiences there will affect him in a way he never could have imagined.
 
Will there be more thrillers and will we meet Rob Chazey again? 
I will definitely write more eco-thrillers, or "thrillers with a cause," as I like to call them, and it is not at all impossible that Rob will show up in some of them...
