Just a few days ago, I had an amazingly good day…the whole day long. Reflecting on it that night while lying in bed, it occurred to me that there was no good reason why it couldn’t happen more often. It was a wonderful, hopeful thought based on an experienced reality. If this speaks to you, take some time to contemplate…why not? Why not have an ecstatic day? And more and more of them as time goes on? |

Here is an email I received from one inspired RCY student: “I started reading your book and cannot put it down. I am loving it!! I'm taking my time reading as to really absorb myself in all of it. 2016 National Kids Yoga Conference
Shakta will be teaching a Master class at the National Kid's Yoga conference on Sunday, Oct. 2. Lots of kid’s yoga stories, games, songs, and practical fun that you won’t want to miss! It will be a mock-up of a children's yoga class for ages 3-7, followed by lots of time to go over what was taught and why. Everyone in the class will have access to the comprehensive powerpoint used in the instructive section. If you are already coming, sign up for it.
