Michael Buble and his team chose Nu Boyana Studios for the production of the first video, promoting his fragrance for women "By Invitation". “It’s no secret that I’m a hopeless romantic, which is reflected in the music I write, the songs I sing and the shows I’ve performed around the world. I wanted to collaborate on creating a fragrance that represents the same sentiments as my music.” Buble states.

Amazing creative work by Berlin based directors duo Wolf&Lamm for Wanda Productions in the latest Strellson commercial, filmed at Nu Boyana! The cover of the world-famous song "Don't stop me now" (Queen) was recorded exclusively with a modern twist by London-born singer, songwriter and star producer MNEK, who has previously worked for artists such as Kylie Minogue, Rudimental and Beyoncé.

The Bleeder premiered at Venice and Toronto International Film Festivals. Part of the project was filmed at Nu Boyana Studios.
In an interview for Variety the producer and lead actor Liev Schreiber shared details of his work with Millennium Films founder Avi Lerner on the project. "This is not a typical catalog film for him, so I really appreciate the chance he took. One of the things I love about Avi is he’s a very straight shooter. A very honest guy. He tells you what your limitations are. And he tells you what you can achieve. Once he makes a decision to make a film, he gets out of the way and supports it financially. And that’s all we wanted, all we wanted was just what we needed to make the film." says Schreiber.

Another impressive music video, shot, directed and produced by the team of our in-house company B2Y Productions. Singer and actor Orlin Pavlov released his new single with a short movie-like video that tells the story of two people in love, sharing precious moments in post-apocalyptic Sofia.

Gary Dourdan, known for CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and director and producer Niki Iliev (on the right) filmed on our New York set some of the scenes for the movie All She Wrote. Nu Boyana Film is a co-producer on the project.

Senior VFX Supervisor Ajoy Mani in a conversation with The Art of VFX about working with our Worldwide FX team on Mechanic: Resurrection:

"The show was completed at WWFX in Bulgaria...they had around 100 artists that cranked out over almost 1200 complex shots in six months, which is quite impressive."

COMMUNITY

World-renowned Israeli musician Idan Raichel performed a unique show with his friends on stage at Nu Boyana's ancient set.
The event was part of Tole-Fest 2016 (Festival of Tolerance).

Watch Sofia - Digital Capital of the New Markets - a special project, created by our in-house company B2Y Productions for Sofia Municipality.

The Interview began filming at the studios. It is a show in a reality format where 2 teams of 8 contestants each during the time of 10 episodes will compete for the position of a marketing director at a rising consulting company.
In every episode, they will solve a task given by large companies from various industries and will present the solution to the CEO of the company.

The Master Class in Production will be the next step in our Film School academic year. This 5-week "Making the movie" course will start on November 16^th. As with the Master Class in Screenwriting, Golan Ramraz will be overseeing and acting as producing mentor. Mr. Ramraz is an award-winning Hollywood screenwriter, producer and executive whose impressive body of work includes working on titles such as Mr.&Mrs. Smith, Jumper and Iron Man.
