Exciting Times
Hello, Friends and Family!
In my times of waiting and pushing, of over-thinking or letting the mind of Christ think within me, of creating new things and seeing the things He has already put in my path---
In those times, I remember your faith in my vision of the work in Tepic. Thank you for your prayer and support.
On November 11th I venture again to Tepic, hopefully with a naturally supernatural team to minister alongside the revivalists there. We’ll have the honor to assist with a very significant event in the Spirit: the 7th annual “Explosión de Amor,” a youth (ages 16-30) conference. This year it's on the beach. I’ll facilitate a prophetic art portion, and our team will do other things as the Spirit leads. Young adults from many Mexican states will attend and bring revival back to their homes. Details are at “Relate, Demonstrate, Activate.”
Of course, we’ll also find and create ways to bless Casa de Niños, which is why Casa Grace exists. Details of team expenses and activities are at “Options and Possibilities for Planning.”
The timing of this trip could be perfect for signing the purchase agreement for Casa Grace, which requires presence in Tepic. After 4 years in the process, this is very exciting. We have accomplished a lot in the waiting, but ownership will allow Casa Grace to grow to its potential and fulfill its vision, which is detailed at the website at http://CasaGrace-Tepic.blogspot.com . Next step will be creating a non-profit for it.
I'll be at Bethel Church in Redding November 2 for a "Deployment" Meet-and-Greet for its students and perhaps some of the leaders from around the world attending the Leaders' Advance. I'll have a booth presenting Casa Grace, Casa de Niños and Fishin Mission Adventures. Holy Spirit, draw a few great people together towards your heart for these Tepic ministries.
Finances
Past trips have been about 75% out of my pocket (thank you for provision, Father). Two blessed friends have been giving monthly this year, and New Song’s congregation has contributed enough each trip to offset airfare. THANK YOU!
As a hostel-like cottage industry, Casa Grace can support other cottage industries and gatherings. A 7-day stay, for eight “servant hearts,” or four family-vacation-retreat hearts, pays one month's expenses, including purchase, utilities and internet.
More teams and financial input would
- bring more friends to Casa de Niños and the Church in Tepic
- meet increased monthly payments once purchase papers are signed
- provide remodels and furnishings (like bedroom walls, porch roof and a washing machine), to give Casa Grace more pleasant and useful capacity to serve.
