We have produce!
We plan, we plant, we harvest. This week Moose Meadow Farm has loose leaf spinach, baby arugula, and a peppery greens mix of mizuna, bok choi, spinach and arugula for sale, all triple washed and certified organic. Your choice of quarter pound or half pound bags. These greens were planted outside in late August, and the beautiful weather we've had this fall has brought them to maturity sooner than we anticipated. Typically these crops would take upwards of six weeks to mature at this time of year, but warm temps, careful irrigation, and enough sunlight have matured them in time for a September harvest.
Quantities are limited, so order now to reserve your greens, the best that money can buy. Seriously. One of the main reasons that we, Spencer and Katherine, are farmers is that we know that the quality of produce that we want is not available in grocery stores, so we grow it ourselves. Get used to our ordering process now, so you'll have full access to our fresh crops in deep winter such as the sweetest carrots you've ever tasted! Links to order are below, and instructions are on our website and at the bottom of this email.
Rest assured, all of our products are triple washed and certified organic by the Idaho State Department of Agriculture. We hope to feed you soon.
Katherine and Spencer,
Moose Meadow Farm
