IT OUT-TASKING IN AGERE

The increasing complexity and dynamism needed in modern utilities companies, led Agere, the municipal public company located in Braga (Portugal) which is responsible for public water and sanitation and garbage collection in the county, to resort to a specialized out-tasking in Information Technology services as a way to ensure operational efficiency and to focus on their core competencies.
Since January 2011, IT PEERS has been providing ongoing support services and management of Microsoft platforms, VMware, storage and backup, networks and security, which day after day support all applications of Agere, key elements in the provisioning of an uninterrupted and high quality service to the citizens of the county of Braga.
According to Miguel Saraiva, head of information technology at Agere, "IT PEERS has been a key partner in the technological evolution of Agere over the past five years. The excellence of its resources and services, combined with its flexibility and full availability to support us on issues that at times are of high complexity, have been key to the performance of our systems and applications, which naturally reflects in the good quality of the public service that we consistently provide."
More recently, IT PEERS designed and implemented a complete high availability solution with virtualization services thus giving Agere an increased level of reliability and maximum guaranteed availability of their most critical applications.

NEW PARTNER AN CONSULTORES

IT PEERS is pleased to announce its new partner for the Iberian market, Alberto Neves Consultores (Consultants), experts in the transport sector, with which it is developing a vertical integration of Multipeers specifically designed to serve companies in this area.
Headquartered in São Mamede de Infesta (Portugal), AN Consultores already has a customer base in Portugal and Spain, which is expected to grow until the end of 2016, also as a result of this new offer.
For Alberto Neves, Managing Partner of AN Consultores, this partnership represents the sum of skills and processes: "Multipeers was the product that was missing in our portfolio of turnkey services for a sector in which the optimization of fleet management takes on a leading role at an operational level, comprising processes and, above all, profitability."
"For IT PEERS, the expertise brought by Alberto Neves and his team allows us to piggyback on Multipeers in a sector where it will claim its leadership as the single product on the market that provides not only top decision makers, but also the intermediate operating-makers, actionable information in real time, allowing them to act upon any situation that happens, which will ultimately result in a huge advantage in an industry that is highly competitive. "said Henrique Carrola, EMEA Channel Manager of IT PEERS.

NEW CHANNEL MANAGER IN MEXICO

In line with its global internationalization strategy, IT PEERS and the Mexican NA Solutions strengthened their partnership in the Mexican market with the joint hiring of a new employee dedicated exclusively to IT PEERS’ operation in this country.
Hector Zavala has a degree in Business Management from the Universidad del Valle de Mexico, and will have the mission to exponentiate growth and follow up of our local resellers network, taking the role of IT PEERS Channel Manager for Mexico - Federal District .
Onboarding Hector Zavala will allow us to grow steadily with a more robust, specialized and sectored chain of new partners. The results in the first month are already clearly positive, with resellers contracts signed with leading companies in various sectors of activity, in addition to the launch of Multipeers pilots in some new customers.
"It is our goal that, by the end of this year 2016, we will have covered the distribution requirements in the Federal District in priority sectors for the implementation of our technological solutions, Multipeers and Datapeers, through a network of highly specialized and focused partners." said Jorge Santos Silva, LATAM Region Manager of IT PEERS.

SECTORAL PARTNERS IN MEXICO CITY

Following a strategy of segmentation and specialization in some key activity sectors, in September IT PEERS established partnership agreements with four new Mexican companies that will help us penetrate new markets with a high level of specificity.

Financial and Government Sector - DESS-TI

DESS-IT is a young company, formed by very dynamic people, but with a wide and relevant experience in the government sector. In fact, it is here that 70% of its customer base is concentrated. However, it is the expertise that DESS-TI holds in the financial sector that sets them apart from the many other companies that lined up to represent our products.
It is our firm belief that DESS-TI is going to assert itself as the first serious investment in marketing Datapeers in the Mexican market, allowing us to quickly put together a consolidated offer for this large segment and thus take advantage of the window of opportunity that lies ahead in this sector where the need for data privacy is increasing.

Insurance Sector – Search Solutions

Search Solutions is a company that provides highly specialized human resources for the insurance industry. As such, it has a deep understanding of all the specifics of this sector.
In line with what we are already doing in other regions, particularly in Brazil, Search Solutions is the first specific partner to work exclusively with Multipeers for the Mexican insurance industry. This gives it a highly relevant role, since the insurance sector is "cornerstone" for the consolidation of the internationalization process of IT PEERS for the Americas.

Industry Sector - Conseiller

Conseiller is a business consulting firm, led by Laura Erika Torres. It has a team of highly specialized consultants for the industry and pharmaceutical distribution sectors, and it is in this particular area that we believe that Conseiller’s team has the ability, the attitude and the necessary leadership to boost this sector of crucial importance to Multipeers, also defined as a key sector for the overall strategy of the company.

Education Sector – ITISA

ITISA is a company specializing in information technology products and services focused on the education and transport sectors. With offices in Mexico City and the city of Puebla, ITISA has extensive experience in integrating technology solutions that help the growth of its customers: that is the reason they saw a great value in partnering with IT PEERS to increase its product portfolio with a particular focus on the growing markets of education and transport.
IT PEERS welcomes our new Mexican partners with whom we are already working closely with a view to defining a specific offer and a market strategy that will lead to the success we all desire.
