AGM Motions

There are 4 Motions that will be voted on at the AGM. Please visit our website read each Motion. If you are unable to make the AGM and wish to give feedback and/or cast a proxy vote, please use the proxy vote form here. You need to nominate another NZOIA member at the AGM to vote on your behalf. If you do not know someone attending, you may nominate Penny Holland to either 'Vote as you have designated' on the proxy form, or vote as they wish. Any feedback submitted will be presented to the membership. Proxy votes and feedback must be presented or emailed to the Chair or Board Secretary no later than 48 hours in advance of the date of the Annual General Meeting. Email: board@nzoia.org.nz

Q: Why aren't you answering my emails?

A: Because there's only one in the office holding the fort...and we're at the Symposium with limited internet access :)
Penny and I will also have some time off next week.

Back into another Symposium, hard to believe a year has past since the last one! I'm off cycle touring around Samoa with my kids and husband on Monday for two weeks....33 degrees here I come! Please contact the office for any inquires while I'm away.
