I know I've been pretty quite for a while but creating the program has taken all my energy and time :-) However I'm very proud and excited that it's now finally released.
Actually there's more to come... On October 1st. I'm launching my book "The People's Paleo" on Amazon but more about that later.
Anyway, the program is for people who want to get started but just don't know how to do it. Based on that I've created a program that will act as a guide. It's 21 step program and each step will take you one step closer to living a paleo lifestyle. Just follow the program and you'll be living a perfect paleo life after you're done :-).
