It’s a myth.
You are not in control. Even if you are the leader. You are not in control.
You may think that you are in control. At times you may get the impression that you are in control. But it is a myth. You are not in control.
God is in control.
God may have given you a stewardship or a trust to lead a ministry or board or committee or an organization. You may have the title. You may have people looking to you for direction and decisions and instructions. Yet that does not mean that you are in control. There may be times and situations where you may try to take control. It may even seem like you are in control. But you are not in control.
You can tell you are not in control the first time you want someone to do something and they either don’t do it or they do something different from what you thought you had told them.
