What if we all made this commitment to ourselves? What if we committed to using every moment, every opportunity, every day to make ourselves proud? I'm not talking about magnificent feats of strength & endurance, just simple things throughout the day that give you a sense of accomplishment, empowerment, success; things that remind you that you are a good person, you do make a difference, you have something to offer.
What are those things? I think for each of us they'll be different - maybe it's saying "no" to free up some time for yourself, walking away from a volatile situation instead of arguing, performing a random act of kindness or choosing the healthy meal over junk food. There's so many opportunities if we just take the time.
