Kudos to our faculty on their latest
honors and awards!

Dr. Sue Ebeler was named a 2016 Agricultural and Food Chemistry (AGFD) Fellow by the American Chemical Society. She received the award at the 252nd National meeting in August in Philadelphia.
Dr. Jenny Nelson won an FDA award at the “21st Annual Office of Regulatory Affairs” for Elemental Analysis CAG & Teaching Cadre “for exemplary collaborative training efforts among FDA experts to provide analysts with advanced knowledge of elemental analysis concepts and procedures.”

The Oakville Station Seminar Series on July 22 and August 12 featured Professor Antonello Bonfante and colleagues from the Italian National Research Council, CE Specialist Kaan Kurtural giving a tour of newly planted vineyards, Dr. Johann Martinez (UC Davis), and Dr. Gregory Gambetta from University of Bordeaux.
