Mitchell OrensteinThe Russian invasion of Ukraine has put pressure on smaller and more vulnerable states from the Black Sea to the Baltic. What is Russia’s game plan? How will NATO respond to new threats? What role should the United States play? To answer these questions and more, we are pleased to feature Mitchell Orenstein. A Senior Fellow in FPRI’s new Eurasia Program, Orenstein is Professor of Central and East European politics in the Slavic Department of the University of Pennsylvania.

This event will take place in the Sun Lounge on the second floor of the building. Guests are welcome to self-park in the upper lot (closest to Montgomery Avenue). When approaching the building, please enter through the first door on the right (single door, not double doors). Guests should take the stairs all the way to the top and straight back in order to enter the room.
