The Dancing Cat is thrilled that in its first 4 months of being open in 2016, over 30 cats have been adopted! We thank all of our adopters for their willingness to open their homes and their hearts to our special cats.
In addition to finding wonderful homes for adoptable cats, The Dancing Cat is also about cultivating a community of cat lovers. We have many fun events scheduled for October including Purr Yoga, Henna Cattoos, and Pumpkin Decorating. Join us!
Yoga is back!
Our popular yoga events are scheduled once per month. We have a few spots left for Purr Yoga with Susan Love on Sunday, October 23rd at 9:30am. This event sells out quickly, so don't delay, book today!

Henna is the traditional art of temporary tattoos believed to bestow luck, joy, and beauty on the wearer. Receiving henna is a beautiful, relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The Dancing Cat is privileged to host the talented Tina Kapoor who has been practicing the art of henna since she was 7 years old. Come meet her and get a beautiful floral, fall, or feline-themed henna tattoo. Collectively we will create auspicious energy supporting our cats finding beautiful forever homes. Light refreshments will be served.
Two sessions on Saturday, October 22, noon to 1pm and 1pm to 2pm. Admission $25.
This fun event is a reprise from last Halloween 2015. Come decorate pumpkins with help from the cats at The Dancing Cat. Pumpkins and decorations supplied by us, you supply the creativity. All ages welcome!
